Garfield Building Bricks On Sale Now

The bricks will be used to pave the new flag pavilion just outside the main entrance to GHS. You can choose to commemorate an alum, teacher, or group. Garfield High School Foundation provides resources to ensure academic excellence for all students. The Garfield High School Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides sustainable funding and resources for programs at GHS. The foundation works hand in hand with the Golden Grads, the GHS PTSA, the Garfield Principal, and other school groups.

History: The GHS Foundation has raised over $225,000 since its inception in 2002. GHSF co-sponsored the "Bash Before the Smash" closing ceremony for the old Garfield buildings in June 2006, and provided $24,000 in 2008 to support a Peer Tutoring Program at Garfield High School. The Foundation continues to raise funds to support worthy programs at Garfield High School, including supporting The Celebration this fall.
